Membership terms

The NZAEP membership term runs for one year from the date of application.

Membership is based on the number of staff employed in events within your organisation. Membership benefits are available to all nominated staff and are transferable within a single organisation. The applicant will be the main contact (bundle administrator) for the organisation's membership and is responsible for adding and removing other members to the membership bundle up to the bundle limit (instructions on adding/removing members to follow).

Individual memberships are available for sole traders and contractors only.

Student memberships: Students must also be registered with VolunteerNet to qualify and may be requested to provide proof of enrolment is tertiary education. Student memberships are not eligible for free or discounted access to NZAEP seminars, however may attend at the non-member price where applicable.

Suppliers are entitled to 10 members within their membership bundle.

Please note: All members must read and agree to the NZAEP code of conduct.

An invoice for fees will be sent on receipt of this application form. Membership becomes active on receipt of payment. By applying for membership, you agree to accept communications from us, associated organisations and sponsors unless you notify us in writing to the contrary. Suppliers will be provided with all information and specifications for promotional benefits.All fees exclude GST
